On November 16, 2007, Eugene Brandt was a contributing speaker at a seminar hosted by Half Moon Productions entitled, “Legal Issues for Florida Architects”

Mr. Brandt’s presentation entitled, “Rendering Professional Services; Tricks, Traps and Tips” addressed the topics of Chapter 558 Construction Defects; Statute of Limitations; Condominium Warranties; Consultant-Sub-Consultant Liabilities; Construction Phase Services; Contract Administration; Weathering Storm Claims; Arbitration; Facility Inspection Reports; and, Single Asset Entities.
