Jerome “Jerry” Silverberg is a shareholder and senior trial attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and is primarily involved in insurance defense, medical malpractice, long-term care, products liability,
general negligence cases, severe brain-damaged neonates, trauma surgery, complex obstetrical issues, cardiovascular,
spinal cord injury cases. In addition, Mr. Silverberg handles
all aspects of informal investigation and formal administrative
complaints filed with the Agency of Health Care Administration and The
Florida Board of Medicine. Mr. Silverberg has received an “AV” rating from
Martindale-Hubbell.
