Brian Russell is a shareholder in the firm's West Palm Beach office. Mr. Russell is principally involved in medical
malpractice litigation, including the defense of
physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and dentists. He
has additional experience in the representation of health care providers and
hospitals in all aspects of health care law,
including administrative and licensing actions, clinical staff
privileges and physician credentialing issues, contractual disputes, and
other transactional matters.
